I e-mailed a 26-year-old brunette babe in Columbus to see if she was interested in dating. She apparently looked at my profile and never responded, probably due to being out of my league, because I'm just a wanna-be success not quite there yet, and considering the male-to-female ratio at these dating sites she has many more men to pick from than I do women statistically. I'll be dropping Miss HMS0416 of Columbus, Ohio from my favorites list on Match.com and never e-mail her again due to the non-response. Of course, last night as I composed that e-mail, I learned another woman from West Virginia (whose screen name I cannot remember) had added me to her favorites list on Match, but when I sought her out today online her profile had become unavailable. It seemed like a real one with the headline that read something like "Why not give me a chance?", only to turn into another phony here today gone tomorrow Match.com profile of an unreal woman. She had only one photo I recall, showing a reasonably attractive blonde lady kneeling in attractive light-colored clothing, but like a sexy brunette I contacted last month this must have been another phony profile used by Match to keep me interested in possibly renewing my membership so they could get more revenue from me.
The only contacts these dating sites bring me are too many divorcees and some single mothers (some of whom seem desirable until I discover their status in already having gotten their first choice or spawned offspring with some other man with whom they already spread their legs) and the ugly or desperate among the majority. I also turn down Catholics (not wanting to join their apostate church and believing they won't change to my faith in the greater Christian community), cult-like church members (Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, etc. again for similar reasons as stated above), non-Christians (including non-religious, athiests and agnostics or whatever label they use).
It seems like a lot of women at these sites also like to drink either moderately or socially (loving wine tasting as a hobby) practice non-Christian things like yoga (part of the Hindu religion), and love to travel too much for my tastes. Also so many of them say they like sports when I cannot stand any sport even as a spectator, probably because some of them assume guys want women who appreciate sports as they do.
Online dating sucks and every time I try to contact someone I only meet with disappointment. I don't want a beauty queen ideal, but someone who's ideal for me. But I'm so homely looking, no woman I would be attracted to would ever take me seriously, even if I was a best-selling author. With the goddamned sickeningly romantic holiday of St. valentine's Day almost here, I can safely say ROMANCE is a crock. I've had romantic aspirations in the past that were cruely crushed and it seems as though that will never change. Maybe Valentine's Day would be a nice day for committing suicide and giving this world one last upraised middle finger. I know, nobody cares.
